Bacon and pepper

Very clod days, winter is stronger than last 3 years...what about a very 'warm Italian pasta dish' for lunch? :-)

Preparation time: 30 minutes minutes

Difficulty: low

Ingredient x 4 people:
•100 gr bacon
•1 onion
•300 gr pomarola sauce
•salt and pepper




Preparation:
Brown the bacon into a skillet and when it's ready, take off it and drop the minched onion, so that it cooks into the fat of bacon.

Add pomarola sauce (see recipe at Basic Cooking), salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.

Add bacon and cook for others 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite kind of pasta!
