Ingredients: 250 gr sugar, 1 lt alcool 95%, 1 kg cherries
Clean well the cherries and take away the stones. Then chrush them, add all the sugar and leave them in a fresh place for 4 days. Then add the alcool and leave it quite for other 30 days. (It's important to leave them in a fresh and dark place.
Then filter and leave again rest for other 60 days. 1 lt more or less.
