C'è una sezione del mio blog che cresce più di altre, chissà come mai... la sezione delle ricette con il cioccolato sta aumentando visibilmente! Sarà che ritengo il cioccolato il miglior comfort food in assoluto, sarà che si presta a tante interpretazioni, sarà che semplicemente adoro il cioccolato, ma anche oggi torno su un classico per le ricette delle feste, sia che si tratti del periodo di Pasqua che di quello del Natale, i cioccolatini!
Stavolta sono aromatizzati con il caffè, ma potete variare ed usare cannella in polvere, peperoncino in polvere e perchè no, qualche liquore, come in questo
Cioccolatino Fondente al Cointreau postato tanto tempo fa!
Ingredienti per circa 40 cioccolatini:
- 180 gr cioccolato fondente
- 60 gr burro
- 1 tuorlo
- 1 cucchiaino di caffè liofilizzato
- 2 cucchiaini di rhum
Fondere il cioccolato a bagnomaria, senza che bolla.
In una ciotola lavorare il burro con il Rhum, il tuorlo ed il caffè istantaneo, quindi incorporare al cioccolato fuso.
Coprire e tenere in frigorifero finchè il composto avrà raggiunto una consistenza compatta.
Riempire una sac-à-poche con la bocchetta a stella, stendere un foglio di carta forno su un vassoio e ricavare 35-40 mucchietti di composto.
Riporre nuovamente in frigorifero.

I really think, that chocolate is the best comfort food ever and that it's so easy to combine that all recipes can be interpretated with it!
This time I give you the instruction for making your own 'cioccolatini', with coffee flavour, but you can also use cinnamon or red pepper or liquor as these

Ingredients for 40 chocolates:
- 180 gr dark chocolate
- 60 gr butter
- 1 yolk
- 1 teasp instant coffee
- 2 teasp rhum liquor
Melt chocolate at baign-marie.
Into a bowl, melt butter with yolk, coffee and Rhum, then add melted chocolate.
Cover and store into fridge as far as the mixture is soft but solid.
Fill a sac-à-poche, lay parchemnt on a tray and shape 35-40 little dollops.
Store into fridge.

Dans ce blog, la partie dediée au chocolat est en train de grandir, peut-etre parce que j'aime beaucoup le chocolat que je le mets partout.
Cette fois je vous donne les instructions pour faire des chocolats à votre manière, j'ai éssayé le café mais vous pouvez utiliser la cannelle ou le piment ou du liquor comment dans
cette recette icì!
Ingrédients pour 40 chocolats:
- 180 gr chocolat noir
- 60 gr beurre
- 1 jaun
- 1 ptc cafè instantané
- 2 ptc Rhum
Fondre le chocolat à baign-marie.
Dans un bol, mélanger le jaun avec lo Rhum, le café et puis ajouter le chocolat.
Couvrir et placer dans le frigo, jusque le compot est moelleux mais compact.
Remplir un sac-à-poche, couvrir un plateau avec de la papier sulfurisée et former 35-40 petits tas.
Placer dans le frigo.
