Salvia fritta (Fried Sage)

Ingredients for 4 people:
2-3 big leaves sage each, pastella, oilve oil (for frying), salt

Prepare pastella and let it rest.
Clean the sage and wash the leaves. Take kitchen paper and dry them well.
Take a big skillet and drop olive oil, heat well. Take the sage and drop one by one into the pastella and directly into the hot oil. Fry on each side, lay them on frying paper and sparkle with a pinch of salt. Serve hot!
