Flavored butter - Orange butter - Garlic butter

Orange butter
You need butter and organic orange. You need only the orange skin, not the white part of orange skin.
Grate orange skin, and melt it with butter. Put into fridge and serve a little melt.
If you use the white side of skin, the flavor'll be bitter!
Use it combined with crostoni, fegatini or simple appetizer!

Garlic butter
The recipe is the same as before, you substitute orange with garlic.
Take 1 garlic clove, mince it and melt with butter. Better if you let it rest for at least 1 hour into fridge.
Perfect with toasted bread!
