Anchovies and garlic

Today I'd like to prepare something with vegetables and I'm going to do this:

Preparation time: 15 minutes minutes

Difficulty: low

Ingredient x 4 people:
•500 gr pomodori pelati
•3 table spoons olive oil
•1 clove garlic
•2 anchovies
•a pinch of salt

Preparation: Cut into small cubes the pelati (see recipe at Basic Cooking!) and let steam into a skillet with oilve oil and the clove of garlic. Add the anchovies and a pinch of salt, mix well and let cook for a few minutes. Cook pasta in the usual way and when it's nearly ready, toos it into the skillet for 2 minutes. Serve immediately!


Suggestions: You can decorate with parsley leaves.
