Sardines and tomatoes

• 300 gr tomatoe sauce

• 400 gr sardines

• basil

• olive oil

• parsley

• 1 garlic clove

• butter

• salt and pepper

Clean and wash sardines. Then drop some olive oil into a sauce pan and add sardines. Prepare a very thin mix made of garlic, parsley and basil and sprinkle on the fish. Cover with tomatoe sauce, add salt and pepper. Cook into the oven at 200° C for 30 minutes.
