Non ho mai capito perchè la Gola debba esser considerata uno dei 7 peccati capitali, che c'è in fondo di male e ripulire con il dito un vasetto di crema alla nocciola o gustarsi con calma un bicchiere di crema e frutta...? Concedersi un momento di puro relax sul divano con un dolcino ed un libro...son forse tutt'oggi considerati peccato?
Perfette per la merenda, ma adatti anche come fine cena, queste crostatine si abbinano bene alla classica ganache al cioccolato, ma se avete poco tempo vanno benissimo anche con una crema alle nocciole.
Si preparano in un attimo e si mantengono bene 3-4 giorni.
Ingredienti per circa 12 crostatine:
- 200 gr cocco grattugiato
- 2 uova
- 50 gr zucchero
Per la ganache al cioccolato:
- 180 gr cioccolato fondente
- 20 cl panna
- oppure nocciolata
Mescolare il cocco con le uova e lo zucchero.
Bagnarsi le dita e stendere l'impasto negli stampini monoporzione imburrati bene.
Cuocere in bianco per 20 minuti a 180°C, poi rimuovere i fagioli o le sferette di porcellana e cuocere altri 5 minuti.
Sfornare e far intiepidire e nel frattempo preparare la ganache.
Scaldare leggermente la panna senza bollire, sciogliervi lentamente il cioccolato, far intiepidire e versarla nei gusci.
In alternativa, se non avete tempo, potete spalmarvi la Nocciolata o una confettura a vostra scelta.
Non so voi, ma io non vedo l'ora di iniziare con il Natale..! :-)

I don't understand wht 'Gluttony' is considered a sin... what is there so ugly in cleaning carefully with a finger the chocolate cream vase? or...eating slowly and with meditation, a cream and fruit cup?? :-)
These little tartes are perfect for kids snack or after dinner, coverde with chocolate ganache or simple jam.
Quick to be prepared and you can store for 3-4 days.
Ingredients for 12 little tartes:
- 200 gr coconut floar = 2 cups
- 2 eggs,
- 50 gr sugar= 1/4 cups sugar
- chocolate-hazelnut cream
or ganache with:
- 180 gr dark chocolate = 1 1/3 cup dark chocolate
- 20 cl fresh cream = 1 cup fresh cream
Mix coconut floar with eggs and sugar.
Grease well the moulds with butter.
Wet hands and take a little quantity of dough and cover the single mould, cover with parchment paper and ceramic spheres or dryed beans and cook at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
Keep paper off and cook other 5 minutes.
Take off the oven let it warm and spread with hazelnut cream or chocolate ganache.
In this second case, simply warm cream and melt chocolate, let it warm and spread into tartes.

Je n'ai pas compris pour quoi la 'gorge' a étée considerée péché de gorge!
Qu'est-ce qu'il y a d'incorrect à nettoyer attentement un pot de creme de chocolat et noisettes avec un dit? Ou manger et se goûter une verre de creme et fruits?
Ces pétites tartes sont très vite à faire et elles se maintenet 3-4 jours.
Ingrédients pou 12 tartes:
- 200 gr farine de noix de coco,
- 2 oeufs,
- 50 gr sucre,
- creme de noisettes ou la ganache au chocolat
Pour la ganache au chocolat:
- 180 gr chocolat noir,
- 20 cl crème fraîche
Mélanger la farine avec le sucre et les oeufs.
Beurrer bien les mouls de four.
Mouiller les mains et prendre des pétites quantitès de pétrissage et recouvrir les mouls de four.
Couvrir avec de la paier et mettre des poids ( petite balle de céramic ou haricots secs).
Cuire dans le four à 180°C pour 20 minutes, enlever la papier et cuire encore 5 minutes.
Pour la ganache, chauffer la crème fraîche et faire fondre le chocolat, tiédir et étaler dans le tartes.
