Crostone Mozzarella&Speck

Happy Monday to all of you! One of my quick recipe for picnic and appetizer is Crostone. In this post the version with Speck and mozzarella cheese (you can substitute mozzarella with fontina or a similar cheese, too).

Crostone with speck and mozzarella cheese
Ingredients for this appetizer are very easy: bread slices 1 cm high, speck and mozzarella

Cut mozzarella in big slices and lay them onto tha bread.
Alternate with speck and cover with a smaller piece of mozzarella. Cook in preheat oven at 180° C for 10-15 minutes as far as bread is golden brown and mozzarella is melt.
Serve warm!
