Pomodori Pelati

•500 gr red tomatoes
•boiling water

It's very easy to prepare 'pomodori pelati'. Instead of buying tins, I'd rather suggest you to try this quick way of making them on your own! You'll notice the difference in flavor and taste! Especially if you find red tomatoes, durign summer time!

Take a sauce pan and drop water, make it boil.

Wash tomatoes and when water is boiling drop them into and count 30 seconds! BE CAREFUL! Only 30 seconds, not more otherwise they'll become cooked!

Then take them off and cover immediately with fresh water. Peel will come away easily and you can use tomatoes for your recipes, such as pomarola sauce, meat, or others!
