Milk sauce for meat

If you have a few minutes and you want something tasty, then try this one! Cook the meat slices with some olive oil. (Just 1 minute each side) Then drop some milk and let it cook at high heat, melting with a spoon, as far as the milk becomes like a sauce. If you see that consistency isn't creamy, add a spoon of flour and melt. Cook for a few minutes.
