Ricotta cheese and 'rucola' (rocket)

Ingredients x 4 people:

• 1 white onion

• 2 cloves of garlic

• 500 gr pomodori pelati

• salt and pepper

• 20 rocket leaves

• salted ricotta cheese

While cooking the pasta into boiling water, steam the onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add pomodori pelati (see recipe at Basic Cooking) and cook for 20 minutes. At the end add the rucola (rocket) leaves.

Serve with your favorite kind of pasta, grating the salted ricotta on top!
