Tune rice (Fresh and tasty!)

• 60-70 gr each person

• salt

• tune fish

• capers

• olive oil

• onions under vinager

• cucumberries under vinager

• fresh tomatoes

• basil leaves

Cook the rice. In the meanwhile cut the tomatoes into small cubes, cut also the onions, the cucumberries and capers, add salt and olive oil and mix all together. When the rice is quite ready, take it off from water, let it cold and add the mix. Serve cold.Before serving cut the basil leaves and decorate.
