Island branzino

500 gr branzino fish, tomatoes, potatoes, black olives, salt, olive oil, garlic, rosmarine, sage.

Clean the branzino and put a grind of garlic, with rosmarine and sage, into the fish, then leave it into the fridge for 30 minutes, so that it' ll get a delicious smell.

Prepare the vegetables: take a big ovenpot and drop some olive oil. Cut the potatoes into slices and put into the pre-heated oven with a little of water, too. After 20 minutes, add the tomatoes and the black olives and the fish. Cook it for 30 minutes or more, turning it on both sides.
