Sformatini di spinaci - Spinach sformatini

Boiled spinaches (200 gr), olive oil, salt, pepper, 150 gr ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, besciamella sauce, butter and flour

Drop all the ingredients into a blender and mix well.
Then spread with butter an oven pot , sprinkle with a pinch of white flour and drop the mixture. Cook into the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
It's nice to cook into small single oven pot, in this case use one pot each person you've at dinner.
If you like, you can combine this recipe with a Cheese Sauce:

Besciamella sauce, your favorite cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino or Fontina), 1/2 glass milk, salt

Prepare a light besciamella, drop the milk and heat the fire. Melt well, and then drop the grated cheese, continue melting. When the mixture reaches the boiling tempreture, then remove from fire, add salt and pepper if you like and serve with sformatini
