(ENGLISH VERSION'S FORWARD)
ENGLISH VERSION
I'l try to translate the phrase I posted above:
'Into a sun ray coming into from a window, we see Life, but we call it dust' S. Benni
It' s quite difficult to find the right balance, between taking comfort from what Life gives us and involving all our energies to reach what we want!
And the time we're living is one of the moottest: we satisfy all our material needs but a lot of people still look annoyed and unhappy.
Personal satisfaction is not combined with material things, that's an other demonstration: Life's short and made of tiny details such as dust grains that lightly swallow in the air...
This recipe is taken from my Grandmother notes and I suppose she took it from the package of cocoa powder!
If you have time, you can take them into fridge for 2 hours, this will give much more 'creaminess' otherwise they're also good a little warm.
Ingredients for 8 small glasses or 4 cups are:
- 800 ml milk = 3 cups milk
- 120 gr cocoa powder = 1 cup cocoa powder
- 80 gr sugar = 1/2 cup sugar
- 20 gr cornstarch = 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- cherries with liquer,
- whipped cream
Keep milk on a very low fire, add sugar and melt.
Then add cocoa powder, melting well avoiding clots.
Add cornstarch melting immediately and let it cook for 3 minutes at low fire, avoiding to make it boil.
Let it warm and then drop it into small glasses or cups. If you have time, put them into fridge for 2 hours otherwise you can have them warm, too!
Decorate with whipped cream and cherries in liquer.
Quantity of sugar may vary, depending on how much you like dark chocolate (and bitter flavor!), so try first this version and check sugar! :-)
